Production Time

• Generally 10-15 working days after artwork or sample approval, 3-9 weeks for out of stock products.

Order Minimums

• Less than minimum add $75. Absolute minimum is 1/2 catalog list.

Samples

• Samples are charged at 2nd column pricing and are not returnable. All artwork charges for custom samples will be invoiced and credit applied with order.

Artwork

• E-mail electronic artwork to artwork@corporatecashmere.com: Jpeg file with high resolution, or Adobe Illustrator CS2 preferred. Please reference company name, PO#, contact name and format used.

Shipping and Packaging

• UPS, FedEx, USPS or customer specification.
• Individual mailing cartons, $2.50 inserted.
• Card insertion $0.45 each.
• Split destinations or individual drop ship charge, $7.00 each location after 1st plus freight. Address labels supplied by customer.
• Packaging, handling and insurance $4.00 per carton on all orders.

Terms and Conditions

• Cancellations: All written orders are considered firm and cannot be cancelled without our written authorization. Cost of all artwork charges and procurement will be billed if completed.
• Returns: accepted only with prior written authorization
• Prepayment required on first 3 orders.
• Prices subject to change without notice. All prices will be honored when order is placed for delivery.
• C.O.D. shipments not available. VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards accepted.
